Please print, fill out & lodge the form and pay.

As a member you are entitled to:

• Subsidised entry on a club night $10 (Non-members $15).
• Automatic entry into the club night "membership draw" BUT remember you must be in attendance to collect the MONEY if your number is drawn at the end of the night.
• Subsidised entry to events/hops. Occasionally these are free to members.
• The right to vote at the AGM.

Renew

Membership renewals are accepted in September and are due on: 1 October. EACH YEAR YOU NEED TO PRINT, FILL OUT & SUBMIT THE FORM.


How to pay

There are three ways to pay:

1. On a club night in CASH. (Preferred payment method.)
2. Direct deposit into the clubs account. INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND MEMBERSHIP No. IF YOU HAVE ONE WITH THE DEPOSIT.
3. Mail a cheque made payable to: Gold Coast Rockers Dance Club Inc, to:Gold Coast Rockers Dance Club Inc, 113 Witt Ave, Carrara QLD 4211.
